What shipping options are possible?

Generally we use standard certified shipping with DHL for all of our orders. For an additional charge we are also able to ship express.

How long will it take for my lamp to be delivered?

Delivery normally takes between one to two weeks. Should there be a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed immediately.

Where can I view the status of my shipment?

You can view the status of your delivery when logged into your personal HOLY TRINITY® account. Just log in by clicked the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the tab ‘Orders’ on the main menu, you will se an overview of all open orders.

Clean and Care

What should be taken into account in the cleaning and care of my lamp?

We recommend observing the following instructions for optimal care and cleaning of HOLY TRINITY® luminaires: to clean the luminaire safely, remove the power supply from the power source before cleaning. To remove dirt and dust, use a dry cloth, e.g. microfiber, as chemical additives can affect the texture of delicate surfaces. Do not unscrew the end caps or remove the acrylic cover.

How do I return my item?

Please send your securely packed item with sufficient postage to the following address:

We will inform you once your item has been received and inspected. We recommend that our customers insure their returns. Important: please include a copy of your order or other correspondence with a valid order number in your return, so that we can match your item to your order.

Service and Warranty

In which cases am I entitled to a guarantee

In cases of damage that arises despite proper use, please contact us. There is no claim to warranty services for damages caused by improper operation of HOLY TRINITY® luminaires. We accept no liability for consequential damages. Refrain from executing any repairs not commissioned by the manufacturer or an authorised retailer. These may result in the loss of the statutory warranty claim of 24 months against the manufacturer. Please also note our terms and conditions. Technical changes and errors are reserved. In case of a claim, please state the serial number on your luminaire.
